Oatmeal

    6 cups water

    4 cups organic oat flakes

    1 organic apple

    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Soymilk

    Raisins

While the water is getting hot, peel the apple and cut it into very small bits. Place apple

bits into the pot. Add the oatmeal and about

1/2 tsp. of cinnamon.  Let simmer.  Shut off heat when almost all the water is gone and let oatmeal cook for another five minutes. (This guarantees that the pot doesn’t burn!) Add raisins and soymilk.

Our kids love it and so do their friends.
