We are excited to announce the dates of the 2008 NHA Healthy Living Conference. Please join us July 17-21, 2008 at the Regency House Spa in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

Full Conference with hotel room:
Includes all lectures, activities, standard hotel room* and delicious meals—beginning with dinner on Thursday, July 17 and ending with breakfast on Monday, July 21.
Double: $749.50 + tax per person
Single: $899.00 + tax
Children under 12 are free.

Children ages 12-17 pay one half of parent’s rate.
*Ocean view and oceanfront rooms, studios, and suites are available at an extra cost.

NHA members from around the world experienced four incredible days of healthful living—educational events, fitness activities, delicious meals, and joyous camaraderie at the Regency Spa in Hallandale, Florida, July 19-23.

Dynamic Speakers

Conference highlights included inspiring health lectures on a variety of topics by Drs. Alec and Nejla Burton from Australia, Dr. Keki Sidhwa from Great Britain, Dr. Alan Goldhamer from California, Dr. T. Colin Campbell from New York, and Dr. Frank Sabatino, Jeff Novick, John Nowakowski, and Josh Steinhauser from Florida. Conference attendees also enjoyed attending the informal question-and-answer sessions with the speakers and loved sampling Chef John’s delicious recipes at his cooking class.

Delicious Food

Chef John Nowakowski coordinated a fantastic menu again this year. Delicious meals were enjoyed indoors and outdoors under tents with beautiful ocean breezes.

Opportunities for Fun, Fitness and Friendship

One of the big hits of the Conference was the free spa service. Attendees who stayed at the Regency Spa were pampered with either a free massage or facial during their stay. Attendees also participated in a variety of fitness activities including yoga, aquatics in the pool and ocean and morning walks along the beach and boardwalk. They also enjoyed music and dancing, browsing the book table and bidding on items at the Third Annual NHA Silent Auction. The Conference offered many opportunities to meet new friends and renew longtime friendships.
