Pure Water

The NHA has long recommended that we drink the purest water available—which is usually distilled water.

We do not attempt to bestow any special virtues on distilled water. We simply maintain that it is the purest water obtainable by the general public.

If no distilled water is available, we believe that the next best available is water purified by reverse osmosis.
