Good Food * Good Speakers * Good Friends

Members came from around the world – Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Great Britain, Japan, Canada and throughout the United States – to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the National Health Association at the Regency Spa in Hallandale, Florida, July 17-21.

Brand new members as well as longtime enthusiasts enjoyed beautiful weather, delicious food, excellent lectures by our outstanding group of international speakers, informal question-and-answer sessions with Dr. Stephan Esser, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Dr. Alec Burton and NHA’s Director of Health Education, Jeff Novick, a food demonstration by Chef John Nowakowski, a panel discussion with President Jerry Deutsch and NHA members, a tai chi class under the direction of Dr. Frank Sabatino, a variety of fitness activities in the pool and ocean, a free spa treatment, morning walks along the boardwalk and beach, dancing, singing, and much more.

Attendees also participated in the Fourth Annual NHA Auction. Donations to the auction included photography, a painting, beautiful jewelry, books and magazines and a wide assortment of beautiful handmade jewelry.
