Cathy Fisher is the website and recipe editor for the NHA website, as well as copy editor for the NHA's member publication, Health Science magazine. Cathy has a background in writing and editing, and combines her skills with her passion for hygienic living and plant-based nutrition. She is the creator of, a blog that offers recipes and information on how to eat a plant-based, health-promoting diet. Cathy also teaches cooking classes for the McDougall Program and TrueNorth Health Center, both in Santa Rosa, California.
