Breakfast Smoothie
2/3 cup strawberries
2/3 cup pineapple cubes
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or organic apple juice
½ cup blueberries
Handful of cut organic kale
Handful of organic spinach
1 tablespoon ground organic golden flax or chia seeds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree at high speed until creamy. 180 calories.
