Avoid Salt, Oil & Sugar

Added salt, oil and sugar have no place in a healthy diet and numerous studies have shown that they are major contributors to high blood presure, clogged arteries, diabetes and a host of other degenerative diseases.  The good news is that NHA Featured Chefs like Cathy Fisher and Jeff Novick demonstrate they they are not needed for meals to be easily prepared and deliciously enjoyed.  The bad news is that so many packaged foods are loaded with all three.
