INGREDIENTS
4 cups brown rice, cooked
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Zest from 1 lime
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the rice following the package instructions.
2. Once cooked and fluffed with a fork, add in lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro. Mix well and serve as a side dish or use it as the basis for the Chipotle-Style Burrito Bowl.
