3 tablespoons fresh or frozen corn kernels
3 tablespoons fresh or frozen peas
3 tablespoons chickpeas, cooked
3 tablespoons aquafaba
1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
Topping Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chickpea flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened, unflavored plant milk
¼ teaspoon baking powder*
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Add all the filling items into an 8-ounce ramekin.
- In a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients into a batter, and pour the batter over the top of the filling.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
