Join Dr. Frank Sabatino and Dr. Greg Fitzgerald on an enlightening journey into the world of natural hygiene. Driven by a passion for making a difference, Dr. Fitzgerald’s exploration began when he witnessed the declining health and fitness levels of his high school students. This pivotal experience led him to delve into various health practices and redirect his career path toward natural health and wellness.
During his studies, Dr. Fitzgerald had the privilege of encountering a true luminary in the field—Dr. Alec Burton, a founding member and past president of the International Association of Hygienic Physicians, Inc., USA.
Guided by Dr. Burton’s wisdom and integrity, he became increasingly captivated by his mentor’s philosophy. With degrees in chiropractic and osteopathy, Dr. Fitzgerald’s approach to healthcare was shaped, deepening his understanding of holistic well-being.
At the heart of natural hygiene lies the belief that health is attained through healthful living. Dr. Fitzgerald explains the innate design of the human body for optimal health, with sickness and disease arising from disruptions to this innate balance.
Natural hygiene encompasses the study of life, health, biology, and physiology, highlighting their interconnectedness and profound influence on overall well-being. It underscores the vital importance of maintaining equilibrium and embracing a holistic approach to health.
Dr. Fitzgerald emphasizes that true health and vitality are achieved through the harmonious integration of all elements of natural hygiene. What sets natural hygiene apart is its holistic perspective on health and wellness.
Rather than focusing on a single aspect in isolation, a balanced approach that incorporates nutrition, exercise, rest, sleep, and sunlight nourishment taps into the body’s innate capacity for healing and rejuvenation.
Dr. Fitzgerald challenges the prevailing misconception surrounding cure and care. In conventional medicine, symptoms are often seen as adversaries to be eliminated, leading to a focus on symptom suppression.
Natural hygiene offers a refreshing perspective, viewing symptoms as intelligent responses that signal the body’s natural healing processes. It underscores the importance of caring for the individual, providing the necessary conditions and support for the body to restore its normal state of health.
Recognizing the challenges in shifting paradigms and overcoming ingrained beliefs, Dr. Fitzgerald reminds us of the transformative power of natural hygiene.
By embracing a holistic approach, honoring the body’s wisdom, and creating an environment for healing, individuals can embark on a journey toward vibrant health and well-being.
This captivating episode serves as a catalyst for reevaluating our understanding of health and our role in our own well-being, inspiring us to tap into the timeless principles of natural hygiene.
