Yet, some of what he shares may surprise you.

A Journey to Holistic Wellness

Dr. Dina began by recounting his own health struggles and how they sparked his interest in adopting a more holistic approach to well-being. Having experienced the drawbacks of conventional eating habits, he sought alternative methods that aligned with his belief in the body’s natural healing capabilities.

This led him to explore the transformative power of a raw food diet, which significantly improved his overall health, including increased energy levels and enhanced vitality.

The Power of Fruits and Vegetables

Dr. Dina emphasized the significance of incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables to heal the body as someone explores a raw food diet.

He drew inspiration from primates that thrive on plant-based diets, highlighting the nutrient density and health benefits of consuming copious amounts of greens and other vegetables.

While recognizing the value of cooked beans and starches for some individuals, Dr. Dina cautioned against potential digestive challenges associated with consuming certain raw beans.

A Balanced Approach to Nutrition

Dr. Sabatino and Dr. Dina delved into the topic of finding a personalized balance within the raw food realm.

Dr. Dina stressed the importance of listening to one’s body and making dietary choices that suit individual biochemistry. He encouraged flexibility and experimentation to determine the optimal approach for each person.

He also discussed his online course, “Mastering Raw Food Nutrition,” which equips individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles behind raw food, empowering them to make informed choices.

The Role of Fasting

Dr. Dina shared his experience at the TrueNorth Health Center, a fasting center rooted in natural hygiene principles.

He witnessed remarkable transformations as individuals reversed chronic diseases and achieved significant improvements in their health through fasting.

Although Dr. Dina no longer conducts fasting programs, he acknowledges the valuable role fasting can play in certain circumstances. In “Mastering Raw Food Nutrition,” he provides education on different fasting approaches, ensuring individuals are well-informed about this practice.

Shedding Light on A Raw Food Lifestyle

Dr. Dina shed light on the transformative potential of a raw food lifestyle and the importance of personalized approaches to nutrition. With his evidence-based approach and emphasis on individual biochemistry, Dr. Dina provides a valuable resource for individuals seeking vibrant health through a raw food diet.
