Dr. Kim Scheuer, a distinguished board-certified family medicine and lifestyle medicine physician, boasts an illustrious career spanning over two decades in primary care. Originally making her mark in the picturesque Aspen, Colorado area, Dr. Scheuer has become a beacon of health and wellness in her community.
Her unwavering commitment to practicing what she preaches, coupled with her fervent belief in the power of lifestyle choices, has propelled her patients towards preventing, reversing, and slowing chronic diseases, thereby enabling them to lead more fulfilling, joyful, and healthy lives.
Dr. Scheuer’s journey in medicine commenced at the prestigious University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York. Following this, she completed her residency in family practice at the Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California.
Her commitment to education extends beyond the medical realm, as evidenced by her attainment of an MS Education Specialist for the Deaf at the University of Rochester National Technical Institute for the Deaf. As a recognized authority on the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, Dr. Frank Sabatino has cared for and inspired thousands of people for over 40 years. Dr. Sabatino has a PhD in cell biology and neuroendocrinology and has done extensive landmark research on calorie restriction, stress, and aging. He currently is on staff at the TrueNorth Health Foundation in Santa Rosa, CA, and serves as the Director of Health Education at the NHA.
Dr. Sabatino’s passion and life’s work include raising awareness about the benefits of whole-food, plant-exclusive nutrition (without added salt, oil, or sugar), health rejuvenation and stress management.
