Her journey began in her 30s, navigating personal healing challenges while dedicating herself to teaching seniors. With over three decades of experience, Angela seamlessly blends empathy and encouragement to empower older adults on their wellness journey.

Drawing from extensive research and practical expertise, Angela collaborates closely with clients’ medical practitioners to develop tailored fitness regimens. As a licensed massage therapist, she offers gentle touch and movement therapy, particularly beneficial for geriatric patients with memory disorders in palliative care.

Clients appreciate Angela for her meticulous attention to detail and her uplifting sense of humor, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment for personal growth. Angela takes pride in her contributions to the vegan and whole foods plant-based communities, providing accessible strength training and yoga videos tailored to those with chronic concerns.

Based in the vibrant Fort Lauderdale area, Angela has faithfully served South Florida clients for over two decades. With roots in Brooklyn and a background in Shakespearean theater, she infuses her practice with creativity and passion, reflecting her lifelong love for song and her unwavering dedication to her feline companions.

About Dr. Frank Sabatino

As a recognized authority on the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, Dr. Frank Sabatino has cared for and inspired thousands of people for over 40 years. Dr. Sabatino has a PhD in cell biology and neuroendocrinology and has done extensive landmark research on calorie restriction, stress, and aging. He currently is on staff at the TrueNorth Health Foundation in Santa Rosa, CA, and serves as the Director of Health Education at the NHA.

Dr. Sabatino’s passion and life’s work include raising awareness about the benefits of whole-food, plant-exclusive nutrition (without added salt, oil, or sugar), health rejuvenation and stress management.
