About Dr. Jeffrey Pierce

Dr. Jeffrey Pierce is a dedicated board-certified family medicine physician with over 18 years of experience, focusing on empowering patients to take control of their health through informed choices and lifestyle adjustments. Licensed to see non-Medicare patients in California, Florida, and Texas, Dr. Pierce brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to his practice.

Having completed his medical education at Baylor College of Medicine and residency at Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Pierce further honed his skills through a fellowship in Global Health Leadership at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital. He is particularly passionate about leveraging lifestyle medicine to address a wide range of health concerns, firmly believing that with the right tools, patients can achieve remarkable outcomes.

Dr. Pierce’s clinical expertise spans diverse areas including weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, cholesterol management, cancer prevention, hormonal health, plant-based nutrition, autoimmune disorders, mental health, digestive health, and dementia prevention. His holistic approach emphasizes understanding the root cause of illnesses and empowering patients to make sustainable changes to improve their well-being.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Pierce leads a rich and varied life. He finds joy in growing the majority of his family’s food, which reflects his commitment to healthy living. Additionally, he enjoys staying active through running, indulging in literature, and expressing his creativity by playing saxophone in a jazz trio.

About Dr. Frank Sabatino

As a recognized authority on the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, Dr. Frank Sabatino has cared for and inspired thousands of people for over 40 years. Dr. Sabatino has a PhD in cell biology and neuroendocrinology and has done extensive landmark research on calorie restriction, stress, and aging. He currently is on staff at the TrueNorth Health Foundation in Santa Rosa, CA, and serves as the Director of Health Education at the NHA.

Dr. Sabatino’s passion and life’s work include raising awareness about the benefits of whole-food, plant-exclusive nutrition (without added salt, oil, or sugar), health rejuvenation and stress management.
