A mindful way to healthy living

Growing up in an era where being overweight was the exception rather than the norm, Victoria Moran began her battle with weight and yo-yo dieting from a very early age. Not only did she have her own issues to deal with, but her parents ran a business addressing weight issues for adults.

Realizing her weight was not good for their business, Victoria tried multiple diets that literally brought her to her knees. Finding her way to the rooms of Overeaters Anonymous, she came to realize that there was a spiritual solution to her struggle with food.

Fast forward to today, and Victoria is one of the most recognized names in the plant-based and vegan movement. One of her pathways to success was the Ayurvedic way of eating. The Ayurvedic diet emphasizes eating whole foods as well as mindfulness.

As the founder of Main Street Vegan Academy, Victoria is more committed than ever to assist others in their journey to healthier living both personally and professionally.

In this episode of the Health Science Podcast, Dr. Frank Sabatino digs deep with his long-time friend and colleague, Victoria Moran, about her journey to health, business success and being an inspiration for people around the globe.
