Nothing will ever be the same

What began as a search for information to relieve a condition that literally stopped Cyrus Khambatta in his tracks, turned into his life’s work.

As a healthy college student who prided himself on his physical and athletic abilities, any type of illness was the furthest thing from Cyrus’ mind. Yet, life had a different plan for Cy.

Cy’s world turned upside down when he was diagnosed with several conditions including Hashimoto disease, Alopecia Areata and Type I diabetes. Within 24 hours, his life changed forever.

His doctors prescribed multiple medications without a solid plan of action or much hope that he could get healthy.

“I felt extremely vulnerable,” Cy remembers.

Unable to receive answers to questions he posed to various doctors, Cy knew he had to ask himself better questions.

“What do I do to maximize my quality of life and avoid major complications?” became his daily mantra.

During this episode of the Health Science Podcast, Dr. Frank Sabatino goes deep with Cyrus Khambatta, PhD about how Cy went from a pain-filled life to one of freedom beyond his wildest dreams.

Find out how his failing health put him on a road to becoming a world-renowned authority on Mastering Diabetes the Plant-Based Way!

Not only do Dr. Sabatino and Cyrus discuss the various types of diabetes and the causes for each, but they also dig deep into what Cy refers to as “nerd” conversations about the science of how foods react in our bodies.
