Very Berry Popsicles
Who knew making homemade popsicles could be so easy and fun! Here’s the perfect recipe to create a summer treat that is free of refined sugar and packed with flavor. I love serving our guests homemade popsicles that are just as impressive as the ingredient list! Antioxidants for the win this summer!
Ingredients:
1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
2¼ cups nondairy milk
3 pitted dates
1. Combine raspberries, one pitted date, and ¾ cup non-dairy milk in a blender; puree until smooth. Evenly pour into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
2. Combine blueberries, one pitted date, and ¾ cup non-dairy milk in a blender; puree until smooth. Evenly pour into the middle of each popsicle mold.
3. Combine strawberries, one pitted date, and ¾ cup nondairy milk in a blender; puree until smooth. Evenly pour into the top of each popsicle mold.
4. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours until popsicles are set.
