Very Berry Popsicles

Who knew making homemade popsicles could be so easy and fun! Here’s the perfect recipe to create a summer treat that is free of refined sugar and packed with flavor. I love serving our guests homemade popsicles that are just as impressive as the ingredient list! Antioxidants for the win this summer!

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup strawberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
2¼ cups nondairy milk
3 pitted dates

1.    Combine raspberries, one pitted date, and ¾ cup non-dairy milk in a blender; puree until smooth. Evenly pour into the bottom of each popsicle mold.

2.    Combine blueberries, one pitted date, and ¾ cup non-dairy milk in a blender; puree until smooth. Evenly pour into the middle of each popsicle mold.

3.    Combine strawberries, one pitted date, and ¾ cup nondairy milk in a blender; puree until smooth. Evenly pour into the top of each popsicle mold.

4.    Place in freezer for at least 4 hours until popsicles are set.
